Strawberry Shortcake Protein Sundae
Ingredients
- 1-2 Dessert shells Bakery section of most grocery stores
- 1 scoop protein powder Level 1 Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2 tbs. PB2 substitute 1 tbs. peanut butter
- 1 tbs. cocoa powder optional
- 1 tsp. sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup almond milk
- 8 ice cubes
- 1/4 cup strawberries chopped
- 2 tbs. fat free whipped cream
Instructions
- In a blender, in this order, add: almond milk, PB2, pudding mix, cocoa powder (optional), ice cubes, & protein powder. Blend for 15-45 seconds, depending on the thickness desired.
- Fill one dessert shell with ice cream & sprinkle with strawberries. If desired, sandwich with another shell & top with remaining ice cream, strawberries, & whipped cream

Lil was selfless and always put others first. She was a faithful member of Peace Lutheran Church where she enjoyed volunteering her time and talents. Lil was an avid bridge player, and loved playing cards and board games with family. She also enjoyed quilting, puzzles, crocheting, gardening and took great joy in feeding and watching “her” birds.
