Strawberry Shortcake Protein Sundae

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Dessert shells Bakery section of most grocery stores
  • 1 scoop protein powder Level 1 Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 tbs. PB2 substitute 1 tbs. peanut butter
  • 1 tbs. cocoa powder optional
  • 1 tsp. sugar free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup strawberries chopped
  • 2 tbs. fat free whipped cream

Instructions

  • In a blender, in this order, add: almond milk, PB2, pudding mix, cocoa powder (optional), ice cubes, & protein powder. Blend for 15-45 seconds, depending on the thickness desired.
  • Fill one dessert shell with ice cream & sprinkle with strawberries. If desired, sandwich with another shell & top with remaining ice cream, strawberries, & whipped cream
