Ingredients
- 1.5 cups quick oats
- 2.5 scoops protein powder
- 1 scoop Level 1 Protein Vanilla Ice Cream Flavor
- 3/4 cup PB2 Substitute: 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbs. flax seeds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, protein powder, PB2, & flax seeds.
- Add in honey & water. Stir throughly. Mixture will be thick & sticky
- Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips & continue mixing slowly. Do not over mix.
- Put bowl in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill (or in freezer for faster) & allow for easier handling.
- Using an ice cream scooper or your hands, gently roll mixture into a 1×1 inch ball & place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet or tupperware container.
- Store in refrigerator or freezer to allow for further hardening.
