Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups quick oats
  • 2.5 scoops protein powder
  • 1 scoop Level 1 Protein Vanilla Ice Cream Flavor
  • 3/4 cup PB2 Substitute: 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbs. flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together oats, protein powder, PB2, & flax seeds.
  • Add in honey & water. Stir throughly. Mixture will be thick & sticky
  • Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips & continue mixing slowly. Do not over mix.
  • Put bowl in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill (or in freezer for faster) & allow for easier handling.
  • Using an ice cream scooper or your hands, gently roll mixture into a 1×1 inch ball & place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet or tupperware container.
  • Store in refrigerator or freezer to allow for further hardening.
