In a large bowl, mix together oats, protein powder, PB2, & flax seeds.
Add in honey & water. Stir throughly. Mixture will be thick & sticky
Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips & continue mixing slowly. Do not over mix.
Put bowl in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill (or in freezer for faster) & allow for easier handling.
Using an ice cream scooper or your hands, gently roll mixture into a 1x1 inch ball & place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet or tupperware container.
Store in refrigerator or freezer to allow for further hardening.
