Omelette… in a bag!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs beaten
  • green peppers chopped
  • mushrooms chopped
  • ham diced
  • cheese shredded
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • Any other desired ingredients

Instructions

  • Bring large pot of water to boil.
  • Crack eggs in a bowl and beat thoroughly. Pour into a ziplock freezer bag.
  • Add in desired ingredients. Remove air from bag, ensured zipped tight, & gently shake to mix completely.
  • Place freezer bag(s) into boiling pot of water & allow to cook (roughly 12 minutes).
  • Once cooked, dump omelette onto plate. Salt & pepper to taste.
