Omelette in a Bag

Ingredients
- 2 eggs beaten
- green peppers chopped
- mushrooms chopped
- ham diced
- cheese shredded
- Salt/pepper to taste
- Any other desired ingredients
Instructions
- Bring large pot of water to boil.
- Crack eggs in a bowl and beat thoroughly. Pour into a ziplock freezer bag.
- Add in desired ingredients. Remove air from bag, ensured zipped tight, & gently shake to mix completely.
- Place freezer bag(s) into boiling pot of water & allow to cook (roughly 12 minutes).
- Once cooked, dump omelette onto plate. Salt & pepper to taste.
