Ingredients
Chili
- 1 lb. Ground turkey
- Pinto beans rinsed & drained
- Red kidney beans rinsed & drained
- 1/2 yellow onion chopped
- 3 cans diced tomatoes, without draining
- 1 can tomato sauce
Optional Toppings
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 Tbs. green onion
- 1/2 avocado diced
- 2 tbs. sour cream light
- Saltine or oyster crackers
Instructions
- Chop onion. Rinse & drain beans.
- Add all ingredients to crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Serve in bowl & add desired toppings. Pair with French bread & of course- wine!
