Chili

  • 1 lb. Ground turkey
  • Pinto beans rinsed & drained
  • Red kidney beans rinsed & drained
  • 1/2 yellow onion chopped
  • 3 cans diced tomatoes, without draining
  • 1 can tomato sauce

Optional Toppings

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 Tbs. green onion
  • 1/2 avocado diced
  • 2 tbs. sour cream light
  • Saltine or oyster crackers

Instructions

  • Chop onion. Rinse & drain beans.
  • Add all ingredients to crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
  • Serve in bowl & add desired toppings. Pair with French bread & of course- wine!
