Ingredients
- 1/2 cup beets
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapples
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 Tbsp. honey
Optional
- Additional honey
- Stevia or other sweetener to taste
Instructions
- Dice beets on a cutting board- avoid wood or marble countertops to prevent staining. Warm beets in microwave for 20-30 seconds to soften. Add all ingredients to blender & blend until smooth.
