Raspberry Beets Detox Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup beets
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapples
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp. honey

Optional

  • Additional honey
  • Stevia or other sweetener to taste

Instructions

  • Dice beets on a cutting board- avoid wood or marble countertops to prevent staining. Warm beets in microwave for 20-30 seconds to soften. Add all ingredients to blender & blend until smooth.
  • Tip it back & let the detoxing begin!
