Trader Joe’s, a popular grocery chain, was founded by Joe Coulombe & the first store opened in 1967 in Pasadena California.
During my first travel nursing contract in Southern, California, there was a T.J.’s on just about every corner & frequent visits became a part of my weekly routine! Between their delicious, wide selection of one-of-a-kind products, free food samples & coffee, & competitive prices, it’s hard not to fall in love. Now on assignment in Washington, sadly the closest T.J.’s is a half hour commute, so we don’t hesitate to stock up on our favorites when we’re passing through. Checkout out our T.J. faves below!
