Ingredients
- 1 cup Kodiak cakes, power cakes
- 2 scoops Level-1 Pumpkin Spice Latte
- 1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
- 1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Mini semisweet chocoloate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
- Evenly pour batter into a greased muffin tin, ~1/3 full
- Bake for 12-18 minutes, test if muffins are done using a toothpick
