Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kodiak cakes, power cakes
  • 2 scoops Level-1 Pumpkin Spice Latte
  • 1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Mini semisweet chocoloate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  • Evenly pour batter into a greased muffin tin, ~1/3 full
  • Bake for 12-18 minutes, test if muffins are done using a toothpick
