Ingredients

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder I use 1st Phorm Level-1 & like to switch up flavors!

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mash up 1 banana completely. Next, mix in 2 eggs. In a small blender (Magic Bullet) or in the same bowl, thoroughly mix in 1 cup of protein powder- the batter should be a thin consistency.
  • Spray skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. *Spray pan between pancakes*
  • Pour medium sized amount of batter on skillet. Cook 1.5 minutes, flip using spatula, then cook 1 minute on other side. *Since the batter is thinner, be sure to not overcook as it can easily burn*
  • Serve warm with optional toppings: Powdered PB2 (Mix with extra water so mix is easy to pour over cakes), Low Sugar Syrup, or Fresh Fruit
