Ingredients
- 1 pizza crust classic crust
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese
- 6 oz. pepperoni slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove dough from package & use a rolling pin to stretch dough. Gently stretch with fingers to create a rectangular shape.
- If a hole forms, use excess dough from corners to fill.
- In a small bowl, beat eggs & mix in parmesan cheese until a liquid consistency. Evenly spread 2/3 of the mixture on the surface of the dough. Save the rest.
- Layer the dough with shredded cheese & rows of pepperoni. Scatter extra pepperoni evenly.
- Fold in the corners of one side of the dough. Begin to slowly roll little by little until there is about 1.5 inches left. Then, gently grab the dough from the other end & wrap on top.
- Again, seal any holes with excess dough from the ends.
- Thoroughly coat abaking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Holding the ends, quickly & carefully transfer the dough to the baking sheet. Spread the remaining cheese & egg mixture on top.
- Bake at 400°F for 18-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Place on cooling rack for 10 minutes before cutting.
