Justin's Homemade Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef/Turkey/Chicken
  • ½ Onion, chopped
  • ½ cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder 1 tsp.
  • ½ tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

Other Ingredients

  • 1 Jar Pasta Sauce of choice
  • 1 pckg. Noodles of choice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a small bowl, mix together spices.
  • In a large bowl, use hands to combine ground meat of choice, chopped onion, spices, egg, & bread crumbs.
  • Using an ice cream scooper or your hands, scoop & form meat mixture into desired sized meatballs. Place onto a greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake meatballs for ~18-22 minutes depending on size. Using a knife, slice meatball in half to ensure meat is cooked.
  • Add meeatballs on top of desired cooked noodles & sauce. Sprinkle parmesean cheese.
