In a large bowl, use hands to combine ground meat of choice, chopped onion, spices, egg, & bread crumbs.
Using an ice cream scooper or your hands, scoop & form meat mixture into desired sized meatballs. Place onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake meatballs for ~18-22 minutes depending on size. Using a knife, slice meatball in half to ensure meat is cooked.
Add meeatballs on top of desired cooked noodles & sauce. Sprinkle parmesean cheese.
