Add in chocolate chips, do not overstir. Optional: Add 1/4 cup chocolate chips to the mix & save 1/4 cup for the top of the bread.
Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray or coat with butter. Evenly pour mix into a loaf pan.
Optional: Evenly sprinkle other 1/4 cup of chocolate chips on top of batter.
Bake for 45-55 min or until lightly golden brown around the edges.
Allow to cool in pan for 5-10 minutes. If needed, use a knife along the edges to easily detach bread from pan. Invert pan to release bread & reflip bread onto a cooling rack.
Serve & enjoy while warm or store in a container in a cool, dry space.
