Berry French Toast Bake

Ingredients

croissants or brioche bread
cut into small pieces

fresh or frozen berries of choice

package cream cheese
softened

sugar
I substitued with splenda

vanilla

milk of choice
Instructions
Spray glass baking dish with cooking oil.Cut croissants/bread into small pieces & evenly line dish.
Distribute berries on top of dish.
Manually with a spoon or electric mixer, thoroughly beat cream cheese. Add in milk, eggs, vanilla, & sugar. Mix until smooth.
Carefully pour mixture over ingredients in dish.
Allow bread to soak in mixture for at least an hour or store in refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool & serve warm. Top with powdered sugar & warm syrup.
